Héctor M. Méndez J.

Mexican native from Puebla. Holds a degree in Food and Beverage Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomic Business Administration with a specialization in Creation, Incubation, and Development of Businesses from UVM GLION and TEC. Monterrey.

His culinary expertise lies in Mexican smoking techniques. He took his initial international steps at LASARTE, a Michelin ☆☆☆ restaurant, embarking on journeys through SPAIN, ITALY, FRANCE, HOLLAND, JAMAICA, USA, culminating in the Mediterranean aboard NCL. Currently, with 4 years of experience in the DOMINICAN REPUBLIC.
