His culinary expertise lies in Mexican smoking techniques. He took his initial international steps at LASARTE, a Michelin ☆☆☆ restaurant, embarking on journeys through SPAIN, ITALY, FRANCE, HOLLAND, JAMAICA, USA, culminating in the Mediterranean aboard NCL. Currently, with 4 years of experience in the DOMINICAN REPUBLIC.
