Reservations and Cancellations

  1. Reservations: It is recommended to book in advance to ensure room availability.
  2. Cancellations: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Late cancellations or No-Shows (failing to show up for your reservation) will incur a charge of 50% of the total.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in: From 3:00 PM. Valid identification is required, along with a credit card for guarantee purposes, regardless of the payment method used for the reservation.
Minimum check-in age: 18 years.
Check-out: Before 1:00 PM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests and Visitors

  1. Minors: Must be accompanied by their parents, who need to show proof of relation.
  2. Children’s rates: Applicable from the age of 2 years. Children must be registered at check-in.
  3. Maximum room capacity: For double rooms (2 Queen beds), the maximum capacity is 2 adults and 2 children. Guests aged 13 and older are considered additional adults by the hotel.
    Standard room (1 King bed) accommodates two adults.
  4. Visitors: Must be reported at the lobby and leave identification at the front desk, which will be returned upon departure.

Services and Amenities

  1. Breakfast: Included in the rate, served à la carte. The rate remains the same whether breakfast is consumed or not.
  2. Restaurant: Reservation is required, even for staying guests.
  3. Daily housekeeping: Included with the stay, available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. After this time, only sheet changes and room service tray removal can be requested.
  4. Laundry: Available for an additional cost, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Items delivered after this time will be returned the following day.
  5. Room service: Included with the stay, available from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM.
  6. In-room amenities: Television, cable, telephone, air conditioning, safe, iron and ironing board (available upon request), body towels, hand towels, executive refrigerators, bottled water, and hot water showers.
  7. Mini bar: Available at an additional cost, charged according to consumption.
  8. Coffee makers: Only available in Suites, with two complimentary capsules. Additional capsules are available for an extra charge upon request at the hotel reception.
  9. Gym: Available for guest use.

Responsibility and Security

  1. Damages and additional charges: Guests will be responsible for damages to the property, and additional charges will apply for extra consumption.
  2. In-room assistance: For any situation, contact reception (option zero), available 24 hours.

Code of Conduct

  1. Smoke-free environment: Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel.
  2. Noise: Guests are asked to maintain an appropriate noise level to ensure the comfort of others.
  3. Pets: Please consult the hotel’s pet policies before arrival; charges may apply.

These policies are designed to ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all guests. Failure to comply with policies may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.
